TotalKare of America, Inc. is a locally owned and operated medical equipment distributorship located in historic Armory Square, owned and operated by Steve & Mary Bergstraesser. TotalKare employ's approximately 15 people who work in a variety of capacities to include sales, service, installations, and administration. Our areas of specialty include wandering resident security systems, infant abduction security systems, fall prevention systems, MDS software systems, asset and personnel tracking systems, nurse call, access control, CCTV, just to name a few. Our territory covers the entire northeast and includes an extensive base of customers from all areas of healthcare, including nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living, etc. TotalKare's philosophy is old fashioned by today's standards.provide customers with the most technologically advanced equipment on the market, at prices they can afford, without compromising quality or good customer service. In an ever changing market where competition is fierce and customer service is generally compromised, TotalKare continues to be one of the strongest healthcare distributorships in the Northeast. TotalKare moved its offices to Armory Square about eight years ago and has enjoyed the ambiance and amenities this eclectic area has to offer.
