Atmosphere Established in 2002 in historic Armory Square, Ambrosia is Syracuse’s premier casual, elegant restaurant and night spot. Whether planning a romantic evening for two or a hip place to hold a business luncheon or dinner, Ambrosia provides a menu of eclectic cuisines and sushi, and exceptional service. Join us in our main dining room, known for its outstanding view of Armory Square, and enjoy a featured classic black and white film and candle-lit dinner. Our private Sushi Lounge is set to accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated event, and 70 for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Ambrosia ‘s elegant banquet room is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and is set to accommodate 120 guests for seated events, and 300 for cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres. It is the ideal environment for corporate business meetings, yet remains intimate enough for more personal celebrations. Ambrosia is perfect for after work cocktails or a casual meal, and featured happy hour. Cuisine Our dishes are prepared from the freshest ingredients; thus, our menu changes regularly to reflect the best that each season has to offer. Whenever possible, we take full advantage of utilizing locally grown products. Ambrosia ‘s menu consists of everything from aged beef to hand-crafted sushi, and favorites from around the world. We take pride in serving signature dishes and cocktails, offering a generous selection of imported and local wines and beers, and providing outstanding service.
