At bc hospitality is our business.
bc's menus features fresh ingredients and flavors layered together from around the world. Some people call bc's style "New American." Executive Chef Wayne Cafariella prefers to think of our food as "Modern Cuisine," as we often take traditional fare and add an new twist. Kitchen Manager Eddie Rivera sums it up this way, "Sexy food."
Conscious of downtown's business community, bc features an $8 express lunch weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., which includes flavorful soups, lush salads and stacked sandwiches.
In the evening the kitchen rolls out food for grazing or full course dining starting at 5:00 p.m. Desserts are made in-house. Go to bcrestaurant.com to see a menu.
People living in the neighborhood often drop into our bar for a quick dinner. While others gather for drinks after work or before dinner. We feature signature martinis, classic cocktail, bottled beers, a neat wine selection and virgin beverages.
We hold all our red wines at 57 degrees and selects flavorful wines from around the globe that offer the best value for our guests.
